Molybdenum (Mo) in plasma

Molybdenum washes the whole flask pale green, with a white ring floating in the middle of it. The green is honest metal light: molybdenum packs its brightest neutral lines between 550 and 605 nm, a picket fence across the green and yellow, and the eye sums them into this soft chartreuse. One of the few fills here that colours the glass all the way to the neck rather than staying near the ring.
