Lithium (Li) in plasma
A deep crimson ring shading to magenta at its edges, carried by the lithium resonance line at 670.8 nm. Lithium is also among the most aggressive fills here: the vapour plates the glass within hours, so these vessels are short-lived and the photograph outlives the object.
