Cobalt (Co) in plasma

Cobalt runs a hard white ring in a deep blue-violet vessel, with thin filaments reaching off the torus into the gas. The blue is fitting for the element that named cobalt glass, though here it is the discharge itself rather than the silicate doing the colouring. A recent addition: this one sat on the to-do list for a while.
